Estate Riesling

Flaxman Wines Estate Riesling is sourced from the estate Eden Valley vineyard first established in 1929. The hand pruned vines produce low yields of fruit.
The grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. After settling for 24 hours the clear juice is racked away for fermentation, which takes place at low temperatures over three weeks.
Straw green, Flaxman Wines Estate Riesling has lime flavours, chalky minerality and a clean, fresh acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
